The health and safety of our customers and staff remains our top priority, and in line with government advice our office has now re-opened and we will continue to deliver our services in the usual way alongside the Local Authority and our professional partners . We welcome clients to the office where social distancing measures and PPE are in place. However, please note that office visits should be for the purposes of appointment booking/general enquiries only at present. We have adapted our free initial design consultations to free desktop surveys/consultations where possible with site visits being made where necessary and safe to do so. Project design meetings previously held at our office can be held via Zoom or similar. Subject to ongoing review of government guidelines it is also possible to arrange for surveys or party wall inspections to be carried out where safe to do so. Please get in touch via if you would like to discuss any of this further. Our thoughts go out to all customers, colleagues and their families affected by the virus and we continue to wish all the very best to you and your loved ones during these uncertain times – The team at Jameson
Local Authority Building Control Partner Authority Scheme
We work with both Local Authority Building Control teams and private Building Control companies. However, we are also proud to be associated with the Partner Authority Scheme with Southern Building Control Partnership. SBCP provides a modern, flexible and professional building control service on behalf of Mole Valley, Reigate & Banstead and Tandridge Councils serviced from two council office hubs in Dorking and Oxted.
This special partnership means that the team at SBCP will check and approve all building regulations applications that we prepare regardless of the project's geographical location throughout the UK. The regular communication that comes with this partnership means that they're really like an extension of our own team!
What does that mean for our clients? Well, as we have a single point of contact for all our applications, it reduces time for any changes to be processed. We can also pass on competitive pricing to our clients due to high volumes of repeat work as well. We're also able to take advantage of the wealth of expertise that Tandridge's experience team can provide on fields such as structure, fire, acoustics, warranties, access, contamination, energy and sustainability meaning your building regulations drawings are of high quality and standard.

To put it simply, it saves you time and money.
LABC AWARDS 2016 - 'Highly Commended'
In June 2016 we were delighted to have been nominated by Tandridge for the 'Best Partnership with a Local Authority' category at the Local Authority Building Control Awards held at The Grand Hotel in Brighton.
The nomination in itself was an honor but we were honored to receive a 'Highly Commended' Award for the strong category.
